    Rubbish customer service - dont respond

    Rubbish customer service - dont respond to emails even tho their system acknowledges receipt, customer service unhelpful.

    Items not delivered next day as advertised

    Items not in stock even tho website says they were

    Unwilling to compensate for postage and wasted time.

    This has been the worst experience i have had with with a company.

    To start all was great i ordered the camera and it arrived. However decided to use my 7 day cooling off period so followed their advice and sent the camera back, This was in Sept 08 it is now Dec 08 and still waiting for my refund.

    My experience of Camerabox has been dire.

    I was charged twice for my camera which put me into overdraft and incurred a bank charge of £40. It took several weeks and a lot of reminders for them to refund the amount taken in error (and this seems to be common practice).
