    The product I ordered took a couple of weeks to be completed by the manufacturer but Planet's tracking system (simple but effective) kept me informed.
    Following an email notification of delivery the item was received the next day. Received a follow up call few days later to ask if everything was ok.

    Our order may only have been a cooker

    Our order may only have been a cooker hood, however the service we received was both efficent and courteous.
    A delivery date was arranged which was kept to and on the delivery day a pre arranged phone call 30 minutes before arrival allowed us to ensure we were at home to meet the delivery.
    All one wuld want from a store, not let down, not messed around, quietly efficent.

    Cheap prices,... expensive trouble ahead!.

    I purchased a 'spin dryer' online, cancelled the order within 7 days of delivery within the legal cooling off period, returned the goods and requested the full money back. No money back yet after 9 weeks of trying!

    We're sorry for the trouble you faced with regards to a refund. We
    ensure refunds are done immediately once we confirm the product has been
    returned back/collected in its original condition.

    However, in your case it sounds like there was some miscommunication
    between the warehouse and sales department hence the delay. Otherwise we
    are very effecient at giving refunds.

    We apologise for the trouble you had with us but this is certainly not
    the norm here at AppliancePlanet.

    Apologies for the trouble you had with us. Having gone through the order
    notes,
    you had sent an e-mail requesting cancellation due to manufacturer delay
    in
    supplying the filters. However, we received a call from your husband on
    17/08/06
    asking to continue with this order hence we continued on the basis he
    had spoken
    to you.

    We then simply waited for the product to be in stock at Baumatic so we
    could
    despatch the products to you. As it is, we did send you the filters when
    they
    came into stock thus fulfiling our contract with yourself.
