    Some stores just want to make a profit and squeeze you....but Appliance Planet makes an effort to please you, not just get one more sale. The sales team at Appliance Planet went out of their way to find the EXACT part I needed after my original order - as specified in the cooker hood manual but wrong! Obviously a translation error from the original German....- came quickly but didn't fit.

    The website didn't have adequate information on the cooker I wanted to purchase so I phoned up their customer service line, they promised to find out more information from the manufacturer and called me back in 10 mins with all the information I needed! Great! I was impressed.
