Very good experience with this retailer recently. Wanted a chimney hood for my refurbished new kitchen. Looked around online for the model I wanted and this company were the cheapest by far.

Even better was they had it in stock and I paid some extra to have it delivered next day and it came at 10am!!

I got emails and an SMS to inform me of the delivery.

Good price, easy to order HOWEVER telephoned to arrange delivery, took my money even though no stock available. Did not inform me until day of delivery once my Son had taken day off work.
