What a waste of my life!!! Three months

What a waste of my life!!! Three months later and the ram upgarade they offered has not turned up. Very keen to take my money and "thanks mate see ya later". I bought a laptop that had a ram upgrade... they did not tell me that it was not in the machine and that i would have to fit it myself!! Took over a month to deliver. Not very helpful with questions. Just told me to look at FAQs. How can they sell a laptop with a so called "free memory upgrade" offer then expect you fit it yourself. Not very clear about that. And most likely to invalidate the warranty. once they have sold it to u they dont want to know. Read Full Review »

They were friendly and willing to listen to my concerns about shipping from another country.
