I came to the site by searching through google and coming to Kelkoo. I probably didn't spend enough time looking at the site to realise it was an import site and not based in the UK and this caused my some frustration in the amount of time that the order took to reach me (about a month). Update - Vizik have asked me to update the site to confirm that everything has arrived, and it has, one month and five days after ordering. This company has been courteous since my last poor review and sorted things out for me, eventually, but I would definitely never ever use this outfit again. I began as a complete novice nervously purchasing a laptop online and was helpfully taken through all of the important issues relating to the purchase and the procedures for arranging payment etc through paypal. This is an excellent company. Kelkoo messed up the price and it did not match Vizik'sprice, so I emailed them and they changed the price without a single complaint and had everything in order. They shipped my product the day I ordered it and I received it promptly including freebies like bluetooth and memory stick. I would DEFINITELY shop Vizik again. I highly recommend them!! I ordered an HP Pavilion zd8000 series laptop almost 3 weeks ago. It was received almost 2 weeks later, after paying customs duty, minus the RAM upgrade, flash upgrade and bluetooth upgrade.
