I purchased Sony Vaio AR along with some other items. When I received the order, the box was marked 2GB Ram but notebook was 4GB Ram and there was ipod in the box!!! It was late at night when I e-mailed Vizik and explained what had happened. First i thought i received the wrong order and obviously did not want to pay for these extras. They contacted me and treated me like I was their only customer. They said upgrades were completely for free as some kind of a promotion!!!! So i got 4GB Ram and a free ipod for my daughter for Christmas. I see us doing business with them for a long long time. They're top notch!
