Vizik Digital Solutions

I'm afraid my experience has been

I'm afraid my experience has been rather poor.
I ordered a Vaio AR which was supposed to come with extras selected at time of order. The order process went well and questions were answered quickly and accurately.
I received the Laptop in good time and was happy with it. I was told that the extras would be delivered separately. I am still waiting. Visik have reportedly despatched the items three times but I have received nothing.
Customer service was Ok to start with but I am now getting no replies to emails. I can find no numbers to call them on and so am stuck.
The product and price would be great if only they could deliver.
I will think twice before using them again unless they resolve this situation quickly.
