I had no problem with ordering or the delivery when I unwrapped it and installed it in it s place I found that the lock would not lock (I have small children) I then got pushed from piller to post to get an engineer to come out to repair it even dough I only had it for 3 hours, I had first spoken to whirlpool who told me I had to go the who I bought it off when I got on to them a very rude girl who was eating something told me to get back on to whirlpool as it was their problem I then got back on a second time to whirlpool and they put me onto somebody who told me I could not call them out I need to get on to who I bought it off I rang them again and got on to the c/r manager who called an engineer out who will attend on the 2nd of Nov 10 days later not much good if it was a cooker that I bought.
