HiFix are very professional, with customer care in mind. The only reason they didn t get a full 5 rating is because my particular item was out of stock. There is no information before you place the order about stock levels. They handled my situation quickly and politely. Was dispatched on Tuesday the day of ordering and arrived on Wednesday by Royal Mail special delivery. Item exctly as advertised brand new and boxed and HiFix now added to my favourites!
