Had a phone call prior to delivery saying the exact model (colour) I requested was not available and could another be substituted. It was nice to be asked, instead of just shipping it off, as some other traders may have.

Price excellent: very competitive. There was a back log for ordering the product advertised so I have given a 4 rating for availability. For this reason and the fact that Parcel Force delivered my package elsewhere without my permission to a local post-office means a 3 rating for delivery.
