Very aggressive attitude to faulty unit.

Very aggressive attitude to faulty unit. Slow to replace and unwilling to accept return of unit without replacing. Said we would have to pay carriage and claimed we damaged the unit ourselves. Difficult to get hold of on phone and did't reply to e-mail messages.
