I ordered two fans and an air cooler

I ordered two fans and an air cooler from 4Air. They delivered within 48hrs, but sent the wrong cooler.

They agreed 3 times on the phone, which they rarely answer, to pickup the cooler and refund. They did not do so on each occassion. They have never replied to any emails, letters or their own online feedback system.
