I was looking for a dehumidifier on the internet & came across 4air, after comparing many sites, 4air came out at the cheapest, I placed my order on a thursday afternoon & the dehumidifier was delivery on the following Monday. What superb service. I got the GREE which was on offer last week. I placed my order at 2.15 p.m. on Wednesday and it arrived at 1.50 the next afternoon! The website is easy to navigate however

The website is easy to navigate however the service I received from the sales dept. by telephone was utterly appalling and I subsequently cancelled the order. The man I spoke to was rude, sexist and totally unprofessional. I would not recommend anybody use this company!!! Read Full Review »

Very aggressive attitude to faulty unit.

Very aggressive attitude to faulty unit. Slow to replace and unwilling to accept return of unit without replacing. Said we would have to pay carriage and claimed we damaged the unit ourselves. Difficult to get hold of on phone and did't reply to e-mail messages. Read Full Review »

I ordered two fans and an air cooler

I ordered two fans and an air cooler from 4Air. They delivered within 48hrs, but sent the wrong cooler.

They agreed 3 times on the phone, which they rarely answer, to pickup the cooler and refund. They did not do so on each occassion. They have never replied to any emails, letters or their own online feedback system. Read Full Review »
