The company supply a range of components and systems backed by a technical service and support team. The Aries brand of PC systems received their own store, where purchasing a PC on-line is now even easier, especially when choosing your own specification.

    Terrible service. "Couldn't care less" attitude. Faulty goods. In store, phones were left unanswered. Staff chatted amongst themselves and generally gave the impression that they had no commitment to any degree of customer care. Shambolic. Read Full Review »

    I ordered a TFT PC monitor, but my order was suddenly cancelled without clear explanation. I e-mailed to their customer service several times, but no reply from them so far.     Poor Customer Service, There happy to take my money, but after recieving a faulty graphics card (£120)the after Sales/customer support is shockingly bad, has taken 2 weeks to get a returns authorization and a further 1 week so far to try an get the one i sent back tested and replaced.     I bought a speaker system from this company a month ago and emailed immediately to point out that the main unit appeared to be a fefurbished one and that it was missing a foot. I made it clear that I was happy to keep the unit but asked for a replacement foot to be sent. There has been no reply to this or to a subsequent letter sent a fortnight later.
