The company supply a range of components and systems backed by a technical service and support team. The Aries brand of PC systems received their own store, where purchasing a PC on-line is now even easier, especially when choosing your own specification.

Appalling customer service. You can only contact them by e-mail and a web-based interface, and there are long periods of times between communications. In my experience, when they sent me the wrong product, their handling of the returns process has been a lengthy, frustrating ordeal, which should never have happened. Hardware delivered promptly, but there

Hardware delivered promptly, but there appears to be no after care service. A receipt was required but not delivered. Their web based receipt request system does not work. The Customer Service email system does not work. Their web based feedback system does not work. You cannot contact Customer Service by telephone. You can fax them, but they don't reply.

Most people who write reviews are either really chuffed or on the verge of explosion with a product or service. This really does apply to Savastore. I've read many reviews about Savastore on many sites and about 85% are negative and 15% positive. *Tried* to order a PSU and CPU but after i had confimed the order the PSU vanished from the order. i added another PSU but i was being charged a second delivery fee (but i half expected that) which made the price too high. i canceled the order for the second PSU that i had to add. I have ordered 3 things from this company so far and have not had a single problem with them, one order was pre 10:30 delivery and it came in time!

I cannot comment on their customer service as I have never had to deal with them as everything has gone smoothly so far, so they may be rubbish if you need to talk to them?!?

I purchased an Aries notebook last year. In May of this year the display failed and I returned the item. After weeks of delay and finding that communication with the Savastore customer services was almost impossible I eventually received the notebook back.
