The company supply a range of components and systems backed by a technical service and support team. The Aries brand of PC systems received their own store, where purchasing a PC on-line is now even easier, especially when choosing your own specification.

    While Savastore offers a large range of products at competitive prices, in my experience if you ever need to use their Customer Services department you will regret going anywhere near them.

    I ordered a DVD player which arrived faulty and spent the following 6 weeks trying to get a replacement or refund.

    You may have come across me in an earlier review. I have now received my laptop back after nearly 3 months away for repair. It took 83 exchanged E mails to customer services to effect this.     The monitor I ordered arrived three days late. The monitor was defective, but there appears to be no after care service. The Customer Service email system does not work, I emailed CS five times, they even didnt acknowledge the receipt of the emails. I complaint in writing, again no response.     All went well with buying the item, but then I found it to be faulty. I have spent 3 hours on hold trying to get through to their operators, and have once had the phone accidentally put down on me and once had the phone picked up but not answered.     They take your money and run.
    they dont reply to email they dont answer there calls well keep you on hold and hold and hold.
