What a shambles Savastore.com is... How does this company stay in buisness?
Bought a Epson D68 printer in January 2006 and had a problem with ink spraying on the inside of the printer.

I unfortunately used this company on 2 occasions. The failed to come up to scratch on both orders. My first order was for Microsoft Money which I ordered and paid for. After about 10 days I contacted the company to enquire where my CD was. They informed me that they had cancelled the order due to credit card details. Savastore offers very keen prices, but you get what you pay for. If there are no problems with your order you should be very pleased.
However, their customer care is very poor. They recommend e-mail contact but then don't respond or take weeks to reply.

I throughly recommend using Savastore. I have to confess I was more than a little concerned when I read previous reviews on Kelkoo. However, I found their staff helpful and the delivery very swift (24 hours). Not only that but the printer I purchased was 25% cheaper here than at PC world!

Guys I have used savastore for a couple of years now... and i have NEVER had any problems whatso ever. Infact i have noticed they are gettin better on prices and they are starting to stock lots more different products now.

I would recommend you do NOT use them, as there are many other companies out there which have much better customer departments!
In my case I have sent an email which they ignored until the item was shipped. They then replied with a "standard" email e.g. "I understand that your query has now been resolved"... a total lie: they did NOT LISTEN to me. I have replied but I am still ... Read Full Review »

Don't shop with Savastore - Customer Service is terrible!

I purchased a hard drive from them which has since developed a fault. Emailed their Customer Service department well over a month ago - got no reply. Emailed again this week - still no reply!!!

Done some searching on Google and found that this is not unusual when dealing with this company.
