Do not buy from Savastore, unless you are 100% that nothing will go wrong. Customer services takes up to 2 hours to get through at 10 pence per min, costing you a fortune. They never return calls.

I have used the internet for several purchases in the past and found it to be hassel free and an overall enjoyable experience - until I placed an order with 'savastore'.

Basically you can 'sava yourself' alot of time if you buy from another store with a better customer rating.

Do not buy from this store, they may have cheap prices but its not worth the phone calls or time you have to wait to speak to someone from there.
They take atleast 5 days to reply to emails which seems to be quicker than calling them. i highly recomend you go elsewhere. Their customer services and tech support are completely useless. Read Full Review »

This store may be ok for first-time ordering, but the moment something goes wrong you are dead. The DVD-RW drive I bought developed a fault 6 months after purchase and I returned it. They did not have it in store as the model had been replaced by a new one, £3 more expensive, but never admitted it or offered to send that one. Bad customer service they do not reply to any returns request or emails. Do not use far better to use Ebuyer they are cheaper and have a good customer service.

Do not buy from these people! I ordered a laptop knowing from their website it would be instock in 2-5 days. After 7 days they sent me an email with an invoice telling me that they had dispached a different, lower spec, machine!
