After reading all the bad reviews on Kelkoo I was worried about what I had let my self in for and got a little paranoid. I phoned several times and got a helpful response within 30 seconds. My laptop came on time and wrapped well. I was very satisifed with the overall service and would use them again. I phoned my order. Chose this store to purchase my ipod as it was significantly cheaper than the competition. Availability was 1-2 weeks which I was happy to wait for however the delivery was only a few days later and arrived without a problem. Not only did i have to wait 2 weeks

Not only did i have to wait 2 weeks before I recieved my item, but also when it was delivered the packaging had been opened and quite clearly 2nd hand! I asked for a replacement, 2 weeks later I recieved an email back to say they couldn't get one. I asked for a refund, this took 2 months to recieve - I was out of pocket over £1500, and Savastore couldn't care less. DO NOT USE THIS STORE... Read Full Review »

I ordered my Neovo F419 flat panel very late on Wednesday night. At nine o'clock on Friday morning it was on my doorstep, well packaged and in pristine condition. By nine thirty I was surfing with a brilliant display unit.
Have'nt had to use the Customer Services so can't comment on this dept., but am well pleased with the services I have used. Well done Savastore. Read Full Review »

The customer service is incredible.

I ordered and paid for two Nokia 9300i's. One was showing as in stock. I used the online contact system to ask if the one in stock could be sent first - no reply. I contacted Savastore several times over the subsequent weeks - total silence.

i shop for electronics online 10-15 times a month. different shops have different customer service. savastore was dissapointing. bought tv card. on the day of purchase stock was available. later they changed it to awaiting. emailed me saying they are waitnig for their supplier to deliver the item. it's been a week and they haven't even dispatched it. customer service on the phone is arroga... Absolutely useless store. Ordered Sony Laptop of which they claimed to have over a hundred in stock for immediate delivery. Initially delivery was stated as being a few days after order was placed. However that came and went. They kept putting the delivery date further and further back and the order remained "waiting to be picked" (according to their order query systems).
