I bout a monitor from them. Then I had to wait 2-3 weeks for the mother board to arrive and in all that time their system was showing it as available in store??? I would have bout it else where if I knew I'll be waiting so long. Then it turns out the "monitor" was just a LCD TV with a VGA port. Its max resolution is described as 1024x768 but in reality it can only support 800x600 with pretty poor picture quality.

By the time I put my system together the 1 week period for returns was gone because I had to wait for them 2-3 weeks to deliver the mother board. I tried to talk reason to them - no luck. I offered to by another monitor from them for the same amount if they take this one back - they did not want to know.

Cheap tricks - TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN is their motto.

Do not bother trying to call customer services - takes 30 min. for someone to pick up the call then they putt you on hold for another 10-15 min. to find the person who can deal with your case and at the and they tell you to write them an email because they can not deal with the issue on the phone?!?
