Likewise I feel I need to leap to the defence of Savastore. I've been using them for years now (at the last count I had placed over 30 separate orders with them) and have never had a single problem with any aspect of ordering from them.

Deliveries are always on time, cancelling an order is virtually instant if done on the website and not by phone, and if a product is dispatched by ANY mail order company and then goes astray it's the responsibility of the delivery company; and CityLink have been first class every time for me.
