Yesterday I ordered a Canon Scanner - it

Yesterday I ordered a Canon Scanner - it arrived at 10.30 am today! Brill service on my order - thank you Mark. I checked spec. etc. on web site but actually placed the order about 2.30 pm by phone, as I wanted to check carriers they used. Very efficient sales office! By the time I put the phone down there was an order-confirmation email and hours later a despatch-confimation email. All this was actually above my expectation, and the price was good too - saved nearly a third of what my local shop in town wanted for this. I am just waiting for the VAT invoice which they send by mail (hopefully) and also not had time to test the machine yet. Interestingly, I have delt with Watford Electronics before. My first 'big' computer was an Acorn Archimedes A420/1 bought mail order 6/9/1991 for £1526.33 on special offer, from 250 High Street, Watford. It still sits on my desk (in use) next to the PC, which cost a quarter of Archi. Well done Watford, keep up your standards - I will be back.
