Placed an order for a laptop after site

Placed an order for a laptop after site showed stock to be 2-5 days away, and paid supplement for next day delivery to account for this. This was on 02/09/06.

After placing my order i used their order tracking to
check stock dates. Showed the stock ETA as "To Be advised"

On 04/09/06 Stock ETA changed to 05/09/06 - brilliant i thought should be here by wednesday.

On 05/09/06 Stock ETA changed to "To be advised" again, with my order still showing as awaiting stock.

Later in the morning i checked again, this time Stock ETA was 13/09/06. I sent them an email in AM asking them what the situation was.

In PM no reply. Stock ETA changed to "To be advvised"

06/09/06 No email reply, stock ETA changed to 19/09/06

So when i ordered my laptop i did so under the knowledge they would have stock in 2-5 days just like it said on their site. After 4 days of waiting all of a sudden i am to accept i must wait 2 weeks?

Im going to cancel my order and find a rtailer who wont lie about stock dates and maybe reply to my emails!
