After reading all the bad reviews on Kelkoo I was worried about what I had let my self in for and got a little paranoid. I phoned several times and got a helpful response within 30 seconds. My laptop came on time and wrapped well. I was very satisifed with the overall service and would use them again. I phoned my order. I never write on these reviews but I thought I should put in a good word as I had no problems.
