The customer service is incredible. I

The customer service is incredible.

I ordered and paid for two Nokia 9300i's. One was showing as in stock. I used the online contact system to ask if the one in stock could be sent first - no reply. I contacted Savastore several times over the subsequent weeks - total silence.

I don't understand how a company can survice with such bad customer service - and which is publicised on the web.

Why are people still ordering from them?
