i shop for electronics online 10-15

i shop for electronics online 10-15 times a month. different shops have different customer service. savastore was dissapointing. bought tv card. on the day of purchase stock was available. later they changed it to awaiting. emailed me saying they are waitnig for their supplier to deliver the item. it's been a week and they haven't even dispatched it. customer service on the phone is arrogant and will try to blow you off. do not recommend!!! avoid!
