The company supply a range of components and systems backed by a technical service and support team. The Aries brand of PC systems received their own store, where purchasing a PC on-line is now even easier, especially when choosing your own specification.

Absolutely useless store. Ordered Sony

Absolutely useless store. Ordered Sony Laptop of which they claimed to have over a hundred in stock for immediate delivery. Initially delivery was stated as being a few days after order was placed. However that came and went. They kept putting the delivery date further and further back and the order remained "waiting to be picked" (according to their order query systems).

I emailed them to enquire about the order, but received no response.

Eventually I got bored of waiting and cancelled the order.

The only upside was that cancelling the order was relatively easy and they didn't charge my credit card. I reckon they didn't have any laptops in stock and were waiting for a shipment. What a waste of time! I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole!!!!
