Do not buy from these people! I ordered

Do not buy from these people! I ordered a laptop knowing from their website it would be instock in 2-5 days. After 7 days they sent me an email with an invoice telling me that they had dispached a different, lower spec, machine! When I rang them and eventually got through I was told that my order was not available, they had send this instead and if "it was not longer required" I could send it back at my own expense!!!!! What I did was refuse to accept it when it came by courrier.

Not learning my lesson, I ordered a higher spec laptop to my original order. I telephoned to confirm stock and ordered online. 3 days later, I got an email telling me there was no stock and that I could have the machine I had just send back! Two weeks wasted. I have ordered from acernotebooks.co.uk instead. A little more expensive but MUCH less hassle.
