I unfortunately used this company on 2 occasions. The failed to come up to scratch on both orders. My first order was for Microsoft Money which I ordered and paid for. After about 10 days I contacted the company to enquire where my CD was. They informed me that they had cancelled the order due to credit card details. I wrote to them several times asking what was wrong with the details I input but never received a reply. I print out my order each step of the way and could find nothing wrong with any of my details but Savastore wouldn't return any of my e-mails so I'm still at a loss to this day what went wrong. I stupidly ordered some DVD cases from them a few months later. I hadn't needed to use them for a couple of weeks and when I did open the case I found that Savastore had send me completely the wrong ones. I sent them an e-mail informing them of this and got a reply telling me that as I'd not informed them within a few days of receiving the order they could do nothing about it. They DID admit that they'd sent the wrong item but due to the fact that I didn't inform them immediately they weren't interested in doing anything about it. Needless to say I wouldn't ever consider doing business with this company ever again and would definitely put anyone else off from buying from Savastore. One to avoid, I'd say!
