The company supply a range of components and systems backed by a technical service and support team. The Aries brand of PC systems received their own store, where purchasing a PC on-line is now even easier, especially when choosing your own specification.

Savastore offers very keen prices, but

Savastore offers very keen prices, but you get what you pay for. If there are no problems with your order you should be very pleased.
However, their customer care is very poor. They recommend e-mail contact but then don't respond or take weeks to reply.
I ordered an Acer Aspire L200 from them in Oct'05, together with some other kit. Placing the order was great - the site is very easy to use.
However tracking the order/delivery was surreal. In all there were about 6 seperate items. Days/weeks went by with items in/out of stock but not the complete shipment sent. Eventually after phonecalls etc they sent the items in two shipments. The final shipment delayed by availability for a USB disk that had been in stock originally.
Okay I had the kit in time for Christmas - great news. Minor problem - the TV picture on from the Acer L200 kept glitching. I tried to contact Savastore to arrange repair but they hid behind their policies and in the end I sent it to Acer... I'm still waiting for it to be repaired 2 months later
