I bought an iPod from this company which

I bought an iPod from this company which became faulty. I sent numerous e-mails and made numerous phone calls spending a total of 4 hours on hold, with no response to either other than an automated email which was just an insult. Started trying to contact them in September and still not had a response at the end of Feb. Have made numerous purchases on-line recently and although they were the cheapest I have bought elsewhere. Wouldn't even recommend them to people I dislike.
