The company supply a range of components and systems backed by a technical service and support team. I would recommend you do NOT use them,

I would recommend you do NOT use them, as there are many other companies out there which have much better customer departments!
In my case I have sent an email which they ignored until the item was shipped. They then replied with a "standard" email e.g. "I understand that your query has now been resolved"... a total lie: they did NOT LISTEN to me. I have replied but I am still waiting for their answer...
Only now that I have read all the other negative feedback I consider myself lucky... but my advice to you would be: "DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"
