You may have come across me in an earlier review. I have now received my laptop back after nearly 3 months away for repair. It took 83 exchanged E mails to customer services to effect this. It seems coincidental that each time the laptop has been returned for repair, Savastore finds other problems that at a price they will repair. they tried to sell me RAM memory last time at a cost of £180, even though on their own site it is for sale for £33! This was their technical servces department. So beware of this appalling company. I would rather pay more for a product than have this lack of customer service.
