The monitor I ordered arrived three days

The monitor I ordered arrived three days late. The monitor was defective, but there appears to be no after care service. The Customer Service email system does not work, I emailed CS five times, they even didnt acknowledge the receipt of the emails. I complaint in writing, again no response. Their web based feedback system does not work. You cannot contact Customer Service by telephone.
