Awful - Tried to buy panasoniv DVD

Awful - Tried to buy panasoniv DVD recorder. paid money and nothing came for months. Tried calling up customer helpline to be greeted by rude staff who told me my order had been cancelled a couple of months ago because they had problems with a supplier.
