The company supply a range of components and systems backed by a technical service and support team. The Aries brand of PC systems received their own store, where purchasing a PC on-line is now even easier, especially when choosing your own specification.

*Tried* to order a PSU and CPU but after i had confimed the order the PSU vanished from the order. i added another PSU but i was being charged a second delivery fee (but i half expected that) which made the price too high. i canceled the order for the second PSU that i had to add. This morning i get a call from the credit card company saing savastore have billed me for a CPU and 2 PSU's. I have canceled all orders with them. I have now had to buy my stuff elsewhere and have had to pay extra money.

It also seems that i have been charged over £11 because i had to cancel my order due to the website not working, I had a very slow response from savastore informing me that it was 'customer error' when i know for a fact it was not. I have had issues like this before as i have been building PCs for years so i take the precaution of using a key-logger when i am spending a lot of money (spent £1100 that day) and my log proves what i say. Savastore however will not respond to my emails and calling them is impossible.

The savastore website does not work and will cause you a shed-load of inconvenience and could cost you more than you bargained for.. id rather pay more for an honest & reliable service. Just dont bother! im embarrased and dissapointed that ive fallen into this worthless companys web of theiving from its costomers.

Avoid like the plague or take a chance!!! ...personaly, im off to trading standards...
