I ordered early in the morning on the phone after reading bad reviews of these guys, my card got declined even though I had funds, so I rang bank to check, they confirmed funds and no problem with card so rang back savastore and they charged it successfully this time, the staff were polite and efficient on the phone. I drove to collect the headphones from their store in Watford/Luton where the staff were a little slow but very polite (I got to sit on a leather sofa and use one of their PC's) so I cannot comment on their delivery, needless to say I wouldnt trust them after what I read on here. Try at your own risk, but saving money.
