I ordered a TFT PC monitor, but my order

I ordered a TFT PC monitor, but my order was suddenly cancelled without clear explanation. I e-mailed to their customer service several times, but no reply from them so far. I tried to call them, but there was no telephone number for customer service. The customer service is very poor. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
