Savastore.com

I bought a speaker system from this

I bought a speaker system from this company a month ago and emailed immediately to point out that the main unit appeared to be a fefurbished one and that it was missing a foot. I made it clear that I was happy to keep the unit but asked for a replacement foot to be sent. There has been no reply to this or to a subsequent letter sent a fortnight later. Not so much poor after-sales service as none.
