Do not use this company. I submitted an order when their site stated the goods would be in in 1-2 days. A few days later I contacted them and they said the stock would be in in 1 weeks time. about 2 weeks later, their website stated the goods would be in in 1-2 days. I bout a monitor from them. Then I had to wait 2-3 weeks for the mother board to arrive and in all that time their system was showing it as available in store??? I would have bout it else where if I knew I'll be waiting so long. Then it turns out the "monitor" was just a LCD TV with a VGA port. Likewise I feel I need to leap to the defence of Savastore. I've been using them for years now (at the last count I had placed over 30 separate orders with them) and have never had a single problem with any aspect of ordering from them.

I have to come to the deence of Savastore after reading all the poor reviews, often its only the complainers that will add a review and give a bad impression.
I have purchased digital cameras, I pod, and GPS from savastore at unbeatable prices and first rate delivery via City Link.

I bought an Aries laptop from savastore.

I bought an Aries laptop from savastore. The laptop was good value but still an expensive purchase, but I thought I was protected as it had an extended warranty.

However, the laptop was delivered late, the software disks were missing, the ethernet port broke in the first month and the hinges on the screen broke a few months later.

The company has not replied to any of my e-mails and don't bother ringing their premium rate help line it is never answered. Placed an order for a laptop after site

Placed an order for a laptop after site showed stock to be 2-5 days away, and paid supplement for next day delivery to account for this. This was on 02/09/06.

After placing my order i used their order tracking to
check stock dates. Showed the stock ETA as "To Be advised"
