What can I say that will desribe fairly how utterly frustrating this company and some of its employee's are to deal with
1, Odering the Laptop, simple process. I was giving them money
2, Delivery hmm Late wrong details on the address. My fault I hear you say, well they managed to have the correct details when emailing me with the confirmation
3, Actual Product, everything seemed fine, powered up ok,
4, Contacted their 3rd party helpline, once I got through they were more than helpful they identified that the laptop was faulty and advised me to return the product.
5, Returning a faulty pc you'd think it would be simple, MAKE SURE TO READ THE SMALL PRINT
6, Customer Relations, should never be called customer care.
7, Eventually I received a replacment Laptop but not before this company told me that their 3rd party help desk had no right to tell me that the product was faulty, that only their eng could say so
For sure their cheap reasonable and you may be lucky to get through the system they have set up to help you purchase product from them acting as third party to the actual manufacturers, just don't call the manufacturers to ask if they know that there third party sellers actually now anything about customer care
