Terrible, shocking service. I ordered a

Terrible, shocking service. I ordered a laptop by express delivery but it did not arrive by the correct time. I will now have to cancel the order and buy the computer from a shop.
I am disappointed in the service and am furious at having not checked out customer reviews before. It seems that there are several people who have had similar experiences to mine.
