Although I rarely purchase items online I decided to make an exception for LaptopsDirect.co.uk, and I don't think I could have made a better decision. The prices are great and always beat eBuyer just about 100% since they are partnered together. Since I am fairly new to online shopping I went ahead and purchased from LaptopsDirect.co.uk instead of from eBuyer as I had been to the actual LaptopsDirect store location and felt more comfortable with a name I already knew and trusted. I received a reply to an item inquiry I had within 24 hours regarding the compatibility of some software I was interested in purchasing and was very pleased with how clear and concise the reply was, dissipating any doubts I previously had that might have prevented me from making the right selection. I have a great great experience with LaptopsDirect.co.uk I will continue to count on them for all my laptop needs.
