Would recommend highly. Have purchased both a tv and a laptop computer just a few days apart.
My acer laptop was delivered in few days as promised with memory upgrade. It was actually delivered a day earlier which was a welcome surprise. I have purchased over the web before therefore i am not a complete internet amateur and i know good service when i receive it. Call me old fashioned or just old, i like to hear a human voice sometimes so i did phone the customer service helpine to reconfirm the memory upgrade and there was not a problem at all (apart from a short delay whilst my order details where found). Confirmation and i was good to go.
