Laptop Direct - terrible customer service from start to finish. I ordered a new laptop to arrive in time for a business trip. Sent faulty laptop, so couldn't take it with - major inconvenience. What can I say that will desribe fairly how utterly frustrating this company and some of its employee's are to deal with
1, Odering the Laptop, simple process. I was giving them money
2, Delivery hmm Late wrong details on the address. My fault I hear you say, well they managed to have the correct details when emailing me with the confirmation

Terrible, shocking service. I ordered a laptop by express delivery but it did not arrive by the correct time. I will now have to cancel the order and buy the computer from a shop.

Purchased a new MSI Wind 100 mini laptop for my brothers birthday. It was a toss up between Dell and Laptops Direct and LD won hands down. UK call centre, technical know how and bang up to date stock information. Dell wanted to send it out in 'about' 3 to 4 working days!! No chance...

Although I rarely purchase items online I decided to make an exception for LaptopsDirect.co.uk, and I don't think I could have made a better decision. I suffered the same fate as froggy.

1 month after my card was charged (a christmas present by the way), and I was assured multiple times my laptop was shipped, I found out today that "their distributor" does not currently have my laptop in stock, and it will be a few days before they know when they will have them back in stock.

I purchased a Sony Vaio AW11MH Laptop which I mainly use for email. Laptops direct deliverd it very quickly with excellent communication. The laptop was deliverd to me ater a few days as I did not pick the option for next day delivery. Slightly diapointed at the delivery rate, but still better than the rest. Read Full Review »

Would recommend highly. Have purchased both a tv and a laptop computer just a few days apart.
My acer laptop was delivered in few days as promised with memory upgrade. It was actually delivered a day earlier which was a welcome surprise.
