Terrible, shocking service. I ordered a laptop by express delivery but it did not arrive by the correct time. I will now have to cancel the order and buy the computer from a shop.

Although I rarely purchase items online I decided to make an exception for LaptopsDirect.co.uk, and I don't think I could have made a better decision. The prices are great and always beat eBuyer just about 100% since they are partnered together. I suffered the same fate as froggy.

1 month after my card was charged (a christmas present by the way), and I was assured multiple times my laptop was shipped, I found out today that "their distributor" does not currently have my laptop in stock, and it will be a few days before they know when they will have them back in stock.

I purchased a Sony Vaio AW11MH Laptop which I mainly use for email. Laptops direct deliverd it very quickly with excellent communication. Received my Asus ONE netbook this

Received my Asus ONE netbook this morning. After looking at all the offers at the mobile phone outlets and supermarkets for £30 odd pounds a month, purchased from Laptop Direct instead. I ordered my netbook, received confirmation and received it in next working day as stated.
Have had no communications because the netbook arrived in perfect condition so that's a plus as far as I see it.

My acer laptop was delivered in few days as promised with memory upgrade. It was actually delivered a day earlier which was a welcome surprise. Just ... awful. This company

Just ... awful.

This company immediately took my money and "confirmed" that my order had been sent. More than a month later I have nothing to show for it. They do not answer the phone or reply to letter or emails. I'm having to write to my credit-card company to get my money back.

Unbelieveably, the agent who answered the phone tried to charge us £8 for them to rearrange delivery of the correct laptop.
