I ordered a Loewe tv which was a

I ordered a Loewe tv which was a non-stock item and had to be shipped in to order. Despite this it would have been delivered to me within 5 days if I hadn t had to ask TV and Vido Direct to deliver 2 days later.

Excellent pricing and very easy to order. Good communication from merchant. Not delivered until 11/12 (del date was 8/12) but being in Inverness in Scotland, most carriers treat the Highlands as the "other side of the moon", and not really the merchant s fault. The box arrived in terrible shape, but goods ok, again not the merchant s fault, although maybe an outer covering on the box would have... Read Full Review »

I received an e-mail to say that someone would be in contact with me about delivery 1-5 days. I then had an e-mail to say they were out of stock!
