The only down side was that I had placed

The only down side was that I had placed the order believing it was in stock, however the TV was not in stock and I was told when I rang, that they describe it as usually are in stock on the web site. Ordered on a Tuesday and due to not being in stock and May Bank Holiday received the following Tuesday.
Other than that service was good and arrived when they stated it would.

I placed an order with this company with no problems, they rang to confirm the order and assured me the item would be with me the following Monday as per my preference. Nothing turned up Monday, I rang on the Tuesday and was told they had messed up the order processing and would not be able to send the item until Thursday, even though I had paid extra for next day delivery.

Excellent service. High demand due to recent publicity meant item was not in stock - but I was kept fully informed with a phonecall and also to make sure that there would be someone in when the item was delivered and to sign for it. Item was received and I was very happy with the service received. I have been unable to test it since I did not purchase the cable with it.
