    Overall quite good but they must Realize that the home address is not also available to have the goods deliveried to. Companies should always offer an alternative delivery address as this is the best way to make sure the goods can be received.     Slightly annoyed to find out after placeing the order that it was out of stock, however customer services called and kept me updated when they said they would. My TV arrived on the day agreed (even if i had to wait in until 4.45pm for it. Surely an am/pm delivery spec isnt too much to ask when your spending a £1000)

    The product was in stock and I had to call the supplier to arrange a delivery date. With this in mind (and having been told they would prefer not to leave the package with a neighbour) I took the day off to await delivery of my shiny new speaker system....
