    When I rang to arrange delivery the guy I spoke to was unbelieveably happy and helpful. On the day of delivery the delivery man rang me early on to tell me not to stay in as I was one of his last deliveries.     No problems with ordering or delivery. However the TV (with built in digital receiver) would only work for a few seconds on selected channels before the screen went black. Other channels were fine and I have no problems on my old TV with a separate freeview box and signal strength where I live is very good. Sent it back to have the fault checked and asked for a refund.     I tried to purchase a television on-line for my elderly, disabled mother but there was some problem involving the security number of my switch card so the order was held.     Based on my experience I would not hesitate to use this site again or recommend it to anyone else. I was always informed how my order was progressing and my LCD TV arrived on the day I agreed. The only glitch in the whole process was the 1st attempt to go through checkout failing as the web page was unavailable although there was no problem at the 2nd attempt only minutes later!!!
